Barrett W. Edgren, DVM
Dr. Edgren is a Colorado native who grew up on the Rocky Mountain Front Range in Greeley.
He graduated from University High School in 1988.
After pursuing a degree in biology with additional interests in chemistry and mathematics, he graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1993.
Dr. Edgren attended the Atlantic Veterinary College in Canada where he graduated in 1999 with a degree in Veterinary Medicine.
After graduation, Dr. Edgren practiced in Helena, MT.
Having a strong desire to live in the northwest corner of Montana, he eventually moved to Kalispell where he met and married his wife Jodi.
Currently, the two of them stay busy raising their two sons and numerous companion animals while enjoying the areas many outdoor activities.
Dr. Edgren enjoys all aspects of general medicine especially the human-animal bond.

Dr. Savage was raised in Kalispell, MT and is a 1978 graduate of Flathead High School. As an undergraduate, he attended Montana State University, University of Massachusetts, University of Montana and Flathead Valley Community College.
In 1988, Dr. Savage graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
His local experience in agriculture and love of the outdoors inspired his interest in both domestic and wild animals.
In addition to practicing small animal medicine, Dr. Savage has taken an active role in wildlife research. This includes wolverines, raptors, and most recently harlequin ducks.
Dr. Savage is married to Sally Hash, a second grade teacher at Edgerton Elementary School. They are often seen together hiking, skiing, and exploring the vast trail systems throughout the Flathead Valley.
